Salary Raise Issue !!!

Can anyone comment on this please. My Labor was cleared
on 50K and now I make 65K. Would this be a problem if RFE
is issued asking for Pay Stubs.

No It doesn\'t effect your I485. I was in the same situation and INS issued a RFE for the employment letter and I put my current Salary on it. and it was approved

Thanks very much. My lawyer says that 15K is a big raise
in 1 1/2 years time and cause problems.
If you don\'t mind, would you please tell me if you got
similar type of raise.
According to my lawyer it is not a problem if it is 5k or so

Hi,
After my labour was approved, i got 2 major promotions and by the time i replied to the RFE for pay stubs etc, my salary had exactly doubled. I was concerned about this also, but my I-485 got approved without any problems. I dont think you will have any trouble.
