I applied mine just after 150 days,check the clock by calling 800 number as it will inform u about d days. Dont worry since u hv been referred to IJ now, so its gonna take longer time for it to be processed, in the meantime u can apply for work authorisation..

Thanks senowen & mesbahul, yeah when i call 1-800 no. it says as ur next master calender hearing, the letter issued also says "presence waived for respondent for may 09 hearing", so i understood it as next master hearing only. For I-765, i m applying myself only, but plz can u advise me at # 15...
