guys just a quick question does the green card go to the lawyer if you get the passport stamped with the lawyers copy and does it come to you if you get it stamped with the courtsey. would appreciate if individuals who have info about this could share the same.

after hearing case not found on avm, spoke to iio who mentioned case is pending and could take up to 60 days..... surprisingly got through on the 2nd try and had to wait for only 10 mins. this wait is getting really painful, hey what can you do about it ?? pd 9-97 nd 10-19-99

No Title yeah dudes - even at 12:00 midnight last nite after i got through the AVM did not start at all. I\'d reckon the system is out of order or getting re-vamped to be a highly efficient one ;-> hey it does not cost much to be optimistic....

Just got off the line with a VSC IIO, was finding the status of my pending I-485, she mentioned that they send the case for reviewing 30 days after receiving FP results (since mine were recd. on Mar16) the case would have been opened for review after Apr16. She mentioned that it can take 30-90...

Guys finally got through to the INS tel# and guess what "They are closed due to an emergency". Wanted to inform all as I know many would try calling up and would get this kind of a response, so would advise not to sweat it. Regards

RD Oct 8 99, ND Oct 19 99 PD Sep 97 She mentioned that I need to wait for 30-60 days for an answer, I mentioned to her that am waiting for FP, she said that is going to be sent out soon. Nothing new but the wait is getting painful by the minute...
