Thanks Lucy. I already got the form. My question is, can I fax it to her, and have her fax it to me signed and dated? Will the National Visa Center accept that? If so, I can then mail the faxed copy, with her signature, to the National Visa Center.

And have her return it back to me with her signature? :confused: Will NVC have a problem with that? I am anxious to get this over with ASAP. Please let me know b/c someone I know is traveling overseas tomorrow and she can pick up the form from him if I am not allowed to fax.

N/P. Sweetmeli and I can PM each other if necessary. In the meantime, I have not yet received a letter from the National Visa Center since my i-130 approval. Should I be concerned?

^^Yeah waiting does suck. And the closer we get to our goal it seems as though the slower the clock ticks. I really appreciate your advice. May be someone else, who has similar circumstances to me, can chime in. By the way, I love the 80's also! lol

^^Bubbles it took me about 11 months for them to approve the I-130. I wasn't asked for anything except for what I already sent out. It's been approved and since then I got my I-797 notice. ilovethe80's, 12-24 months is way too long. I am hopeful that mine won't take as long. I tried looking...

Albania. Shouldn't I be getting an approval here first before her interview overseas?

I have yet to receive anything other than the receipt letter, which was provided to me in January. I am dealing with the Vermont Service Center. Has any one else experienced such a delay? This is getting out of hand.

I plugged in my receipt number about 10 days ago and to my delight information came up on my case after about four months of waiting. The USCIS site says that my case is still pending however, I was disheartened when I read this message from USCIS: "On January 18, 2008, we received this I130...

Thanks Eleanor, According to the USCIS operator there is no error and everyone's case status is honored from the date of notice. Looks like I have to keep waiting patiently. :(
