Will NVC have a problem with that? I am anxious to get this over with ASAP.

Please let me know b/c someone I know is traveling overseas tomorrow and she can pick up the form from him if I am not allowed to fax.

Thanks Lucy. I already got the form. My question is, can I fax it to her, and have her fax it to me signed and dated?

Will the National Visa Center accept that?

If so, I can then mail the faxed copy, with her signature, to the National Visa Center.
