So I should get court records from all the states of my past and current residence? Why all of them? and do I need both court record and police clearance?

Now I'm even more confused. I called the County Court clerk and the sheriff office. Neither has anything on file, even when we tried to spell my last name few different ways. What do I do? How did USCIS find it?

It seems like a lot of people experience this. As long as I get all my notices in time through snal-mail.....I'm OK with it. ;)

I got my receipt notice in the mail yesterday (Sept.8th). How long do I have to wait before my case status is updated on USCIS website? As of tonight, my online case/application status doesn't exist.

I forgot to add that I lost my passport with Visa stamp, date/place of last entry and I-94. I've gotten a new passport and I-94 replacement. Besides submitting copies of those, should I also include a copy of my other (old expired) passport?

Quick question regarding passport copy....do I need to submit copies of all the pages or just the ones with information? there are 50 pages in my passport, and 45 pages are empty. TIA!

You're probably right. I was hoping I wouldn't have to do that due to financial reason and time constraint (fee increase avoidance).
