I sent my application to NSC reached on July 3rd. I got my receipts today . guess what my receipt numbes start with LIN. I dont understand the delay as my application did not get transferred anywwhere even though my I-140 is approved from TSC and I live in TX. My application is still at NSC.

People who's applications reached NSC on July 2nd are still being issued receipt notices at NSC (receipt numbers starting with LIN) . But accroding to their receipting update they are done issuing receipts at NSC for July 2nd filers long back.This is so frustrating...
