I got the same response from TSC IO that RFE for skin test will be mailed.
I never got RFE but got approved after couple of weeks.It might just be an note on your case but may not send RFE

I found it.This is a good document to refer to.It says CAO (center adjudicating officer) can ignore name check if FBI does not respond in 60 days

Does any body know what does CAO mean.I contacted my senator and he got a response saying that the case is with CAO and i should hear something pretty soon.
