Certified finally! Precisely 4 years in Labor! I plan to start I-140 and I-485 in 6 weeks since I'm going home in 3 weeks to renew my 9th H1B. Should I push for Premium Processing for I-140? Does it make much difference since I am concurrently filing? Thanks!

Folks, any help will be appreciated here. A few of us are not clear about the benefits of Premium Processing. Basically, is it worth it if we're filing concurrently? I mean if the I-140 gets approved in 3 days versus 6 months, wouldn't I still have to wait for the I-485 to be approved?

Why have you not applied for Premium Processing? Have those also been taking longer than they should?

I'm sure 10s of thousands of Egyptians have applied! Let's hope to hear from more people than petrojet. We're living in the States by the way.
