My 6 year term is ending on 1st NOV 2001. I have sent papers for filing 485 on August 1st. But it might be quite a while before I receive EAD from NSC. Hence, I believe it is safer to file for a H1 extension since beyond 1st Nov until EAD, I will not have a visa to work. Now the new INS rules...

NO EAD approvals after 07/10 RD I wonder if NSC is taking more than 90 days to approve EAD! The last one to be approved is for a guy whose application was received on 7/10. Any more new approvals. OR is it just no one is updating this board
