EAD/AP received within 3 months. My wife filed I485/EAD/AP early august. She got her AP about 5~6 weeks ago, and EAD about 2 weeks ago. I guess the reason she got hers so quick is because I filed my I485 in March.

Yes. I went to San Jose INS center last Sat. at about noon, and the FP was done in 10 minutes. My s They can do it for you if they are not busy. For my case, I am the only one they need to work with at that moment.

FP appointment date 06/14/02. Walk in and get it done today 05/18/02. I walked in to the center at San Jose around 12:50. FP was donedone in about 10 minutes. There are about 10 INS officers in the support center, but only one customer - Me. Hard to believe.
