San Jose FP Waiters Thread - Part 2

FP notice not received yet.

Hi,
My I-485 ND is 2-28-02, and WAC-02-122-5xxxx. But I did not receive my FP notice, yet. Do I have to check something about this? If so how can I check it? Give me some advices, if you know. Thank you very much.

ND: 03-06-02
FP ND: 05-13-02
WAC: 02-128
scheduled for June 13
Will do early FP.

My wife is backhome for study, can anybody suggest me if I do reschedule for her, will it affect my application ? And what will be
rescheduled date (approximately) ?

this_processing_kills_me, wimpy, karlk and other March filers waiting for FP notices from San Jose

Hey guys,
      eclabs with Nd of 4/1/2002 has got FP notice from Sanjose.
Why haven\'t we got it? Are there any chances of the notices being shred.Should we call up IIo regarding this?
 
FP Done, FBI returned also, but AVM has not been changed

RD - 1/17/02
FP date - 5/1/02
FP returned same day.
But AVM has not been updated.
Still I have not received EADs, neither AVM has not been updated.
But people with same lines say, that their AVM says \'FR received, processing resumed\' etc.
But not mine!!
Any ideas?

When is your N.D?

It is very wierd. One of my fiend whose ND is April 15 got FP notice yesterday. I don\'t know very often what\'s happening in INS.
 
My ND is 3/18 and am a little worried now. Knowing INS looks like they skipped March fillers

Nope.

I\'ve called INS today, but there was not that much information. I knew my case was in there database. Said, "just wait". zzz.

AP approved on 04/08 and sent to lawyers.
Finally received FP notice yesterday.
Scheduled on 06/13. Done today in 10 minutes.

Completed FP for self and wife at San Jose ASC. Went around 2:20pm and out by 2:40pm.
FP Scheluded Dt: 06/01/02

FP appointment date 06/14/02. Walk in and get it done today 05/18/02.

I walked in to the center at San Jose around 12:50. FP was donedone in about 10 minutes. There are about 10 INS officers in the support center, but only one customer - Me. Hard to believe.
