I had interview today. Hi guys I had interview today. My attorney was with me.Everything was fine. Immigration officer did asked some normal questions. He was happy. He got FP and Signature for me, my wife and daughter. He was doing security check infront of me, but then his computer system...

I guess it was 10 days. I am not remembering exactly but it was around 10 days. Nothing new in my case. I got the transfer notice aslo I went to Portland INS office to enquire about my file. They told me file reached Portland INS on 30th May. They haven\'t given any date for interview yet...

RFE goes to Attorney if you have My case Attorney got the RFE. My case even AP was addressed to Attorney. EAD was addresed to me.

485 Detroit good luck I hope it is just a formality. They will just search your record and will send you approval letter. Question for you - Didn\'t they took your AP,I-94 etc?

485 Detroit- I am sure you will be approved. I think you need not to worry, as they asked you simple questions and you replied them properly. You are right they are doing security check may be many folded security check. This 9/11 have created problem for all of us. Even for security check...
