RFE: Who gets the RFE letter either Lawyer or Aplicant .I got the AVM "send the RFE on 4th

Please Help me on this. I got the AVM message saying that " on 4th june we send the RFE" . who will get this letter lawyer or Applicant. My company had a problem with my lawyer. If I get the RFE to me , can I answer the RFE directly or Do I need it to do thru lawyer.

details: PD: 08/98
         RD: 06/01
         ND: 07/20
         FP: 01/02
         RFE: 06/02 - (don\'t know the RFE reason).

Thanks for any inputs on this issue.
