    INS says in my Medical RFE that "All the applicable test should be completed before 12 months from signing the I -693 Medical Form".

    Medical RFE - Usefull Message for new filers...

    I got a Medical RFE. Issue is that "Date Read" Column is missing for the two test. If u see medical form, all the test individulaly "Date Read" Column MUST be recorded. Take care of this silly mistake, which I have done by not verifying completely before sending it to INS. - GC_SAC_2000
