RFE on Friday, For PP I-140 I got an RFE for the I-140 Premium processing on friday 11 am. It said 72 hours to fax back the information. when does the 72 hours end ? i.e, does saturday and sunday count ? thanks, Best Regards

thanks for your reply. company got ~50 resumes. 30 have min qualifications (edu & exp). HR person (is intimidated or slacking) and did not touch up on the 30 odd resume's skills. "thirdly, someone has to interview them and play it by ear." is this mandatory for non qualifing candidates ...

Inorder to retain the oldest PD, do we need to have both the eb3 labor plus its 140 certified and eb2 labor + its 140 certified ? Or just both the EB2 and Eb3 labor certified and file common 140 with these certified labors ??? Thanks a lot in advance
