What categories did you claim? It appears that you can at most claim publications, citations and reviewer and none of them are very strong. Also how do your citations distribute among your papers? Do you have any 1st-authored paper with > ~30 citations?

I know all efiles went to TSC before. Just curious, so now even efile documents should be sent to their respective centers, depending on the areas of residency of the applicants?

Exactly. NIW and EA are the ones we care about. I heard many times that TSC approval rate is about 20% higher than NSC and thus much better. Now I see where the number comes from. But first it seems to me that it's only for year 2006 and if TSC handled much more LC based I140 in 2006, it didn't...

At least for my I140s, a LUD each 08/13 too, as well as 08/12 and 08/14. They were palying around the documents, :D .

One of I140 got four LUDs already, 08/06, 08/07, 08/08 and 08/12, although I efiled it only on 07/26. My case is still pending with a statement saying that efile was received on 07/26. It even didn't mention the package I sent. The other I140 efiled on the same date got LUDs on 08/06 and 08/12...

Thanks, Chris but the one you quote is for I485, I believe. If they pick up mails tomorrow, that in fact could be considered out of the 7 business days time frame, depending how you look at it.

Well, Chris, 28 is not big. But traditionally for NIW, that is quite a lot. Actually one of my friend's lawyer said he would be very confident to see a case approved in NIW with 25+ citation. And he was not trying to bait my friend because he had less than 10.

What is your research area? Could you please post the exact words in RFE and denial notices? This might help all of us, including you. You might scan and attach it, I think.
