Do you need to be physically there in local office? I thought that you can just download the form, file it with I-485 receipt and photos, pay $100, Then wait for a couple of month. Also, can we file it ourselves instead of help from our atterney?

Here\'s my case EB2, RIR, WAC 223 RD:4/29 ND:6/29 FP:No H1B extension, RFE My atterney said that she got one April case approved recently, I might have a chance to get I485 approved before the end of the year, I seriously doubt it. Too many negtive factors for immigration at this moment.

Has anyone RD in early May got his/her FP yet? My filed on 4/25. No FP still. I heard that there are cases filed in apirl got approved recently. Thanks
