I am working in USA with H1B status for past 1 1/2 yrs.Due to some project work I have to go to singapore for couple of months and I will be back to USA in Dec 2001. My H1 visa will be expired in Jan 2002. My employer has already applied for H1 Extension. Will there be a problem for me to come to US with the receipt of H1 extension if I don\'t get my H1 extension approved by that time. Kindly help me.
