Anyone with a lawsuit against USCIS or thinking about a lawsuit (Merged)

I think just take info pass and ask them what the problem is. If the issue is name check/fbi clearance pendingthen go ahead and file the lawsuite. Also if you have access to AUSA office there I would try and ask if they can help provide some info.

Traffic tickets and naturalization (threads merged)

While what you state is accurate, there have been no reports either of people who have had open tickets AND presented at an OATH ceremony, admiited that on the OATH form and were allowed to take the oath. I recall that in one case a guy on this forum got a ticket after the interview and before...

    N-400 denied ... need advice???

This letter is infact worded to Pilot advantage. Like bobsmyth said, he just needs to demonstrate that this act took place outside the statutory period. USCIS will be put in a hard place to deny again based on their own letter that statutory period is the only thing that matters. If they deny...

    Naturalization, N-336 hearing, results

You should be fine. After N336 is filed within a year you will have a interview. This is the administrative appeals process. Mostlikely you will be approved in this interview. In the rare possiblity that you get denied here also, then you file in federal court. As long as you can prove that you...

Anyone with a lawsuit against USCIS or thinking about a lawsuit (Merged)

Sounds like a mixup which is not very uncommon. I'd say go to the 8/12 interview anyway. Howver call the AUSA and ask if she knows anything about what the correct date is and when you should go to the interview. Also take an info pass and see ehat they say. Generally the lawsuit is different...

Traffic tickets and naturalization (threads merged)

The Community relations doc posted here is seems deliberately vague. The idea of that question on N400 seems to be that , "Yes mention everything you know but IO will determine if it is relevant and persue it if needed" and so it says "No need for additional documentation" till IO asks for it...

Anyone with a lawsuit against USCIS or thinking about a lawsuit (Merged)

You should ask the AUSA that since you got an interview you are ready to file a mutual extension to grant defendants additional time to adjudicate. If she agrees, just file a motion to suspend proceedings temporarily with the court since USCIS has initaiated some action on the adjuducation. Of...

Irvine, CA man may lose U.S. citizenship for lying in his N400

denaturalization after 20 years is like the 'banishment from kingdom punishment' that medieval kings used for the worst of the traitors. Banishment then as now means pretty much end of the life that you have led. Its a midieval practice which should be abandoned as a form of punishment...

ok more, how is this possible

The interview is mean to clarify ambiguities with the I/O. When the I/O comes to this questions ask him your questions and then furnish all information to him. Its no big deal. They will decide what they need

Passed Interview but Decision cannot be made

winning or loosing is not the issue in this type of cases. It has been observed that once a case is filed they try and expedite the background check and such cases usually are rendered moot and dismissed by the petioner since check sget expidited. This is the only advantage of filing.

DHS requires New Fingerprints at Airports Exits for Non-Citizens

Extending any rule to citzens is a major deal. It will be headines everywhere CNN etc and talk shows will be disssecting the rule and picking at it.
