My husband and I submitted EB2 I-485 (Sponsored by his company) to NSC center in April, 2007. My husband is the primary applicant and I am the derivative applicant. Then both of us got EADs and Travel Docs via his I-485 case. My understanding is that I can use my EAD to work for ANY company...

I am currently working for the company A who sponsors me as PERM EB2 with Priority Date is June, 2005. The company A's I-140 was approved on April, 2006. I cannot file my I-485 due to visa retrogression issue.
Now I got an apportunity to concurrently file I-140 and I-485 on an pre-approved...

I agree with what UN said here
I do not want to say what UN mentioned as the truth here. But, take an advantage of cheap labor costs by either outsourcing (cut costs directly) or H1 EB3 and partial EB2s (do more hard work on same or less salary). So, immigration channel will not be easily and...
My predictions for Augest Visa Bulletin
India:
EB1: current;
EB2: do not move or move less than two months;
EB3: do not move or less than 15 days
China:
EB1: current;
EB2: 09/01/05 (move half a year from 03/01/05 in July's)
EB3: move less than 3 months

It is the INS system/procedures that block people. People shall have right/freedom to do whatever for their best. So, if someone needs a long vision, it must be INS.
more thoughts

So, some predictions
INS and Congress know what happened to India EB2 and EB3, they will not let EB3 easily pass through. EB2 got the similar problems, INS is shocked to see many many cases, even EB2 cases that it receives from India category. They know they got a lot of duplicate or multiple...
I worked for a giant financial firm and I dig out an interesting fact. Every IT India developer (either full-time or contractors) got more than one Green Card applications. The following method is very commonly used by all India H1 holders as far as I know.
First, they all keep their...
