Are there any updates on this please? As this Name check seems to be one of the major reasons for delay of approval of 485's other than retrogression. Even if the dates become current, everyone need to watch out for this Namecheck which has been such a bottleneck in the whole process.

EB2 movement sucks. It just moved 5 months, not even the usual 6. Doesn't make sense at all.

I think you got your math wrong :( . As Eb2 India PD now is Aug01 2001 6 months should be Feb01 2002 8 months should be Apr01 2002 12 months should be Aug01 2002

Thanks Marlon for posting the url of the site. The site was awesome. Some statistics are interesting. It says for I485, the fastest case was approved in one day in 2005 and the slowest 369 days at NSC.

Expecting one year jump for EB2 is IMHO, a little too high. I guess it would be atleast 7 months in the March Bulletin.

It still shows May 15th 2004. Where did you get this information of june 2005?

march dates EB2 would be moving significantly, atleast 7 months. EB3 India also about 6 months. The real point of interest is EB3 world - would it get past the 245i cutoff date?
