I am worried whether I can apply for I-140 and I-485 in June. If priority dates retrogress again in July's bulletin (which we will know on June 15th) I miss the opportunity and I dont know how long I should wait again get that chance.

It depends on job requirement they say ! I mean.. if your position does not require EB2 skills (most of the projects do not require), CIBER does not apply.

I was looking at prman's case (dallas tracker thread). Looks like online status changed to 'RIR - In Process' on April 10th and to 'RIR - Certified' on April 13th. It just took 3 days !!
