The letter says case was denied on 11/15/2006 due to abandonment. They sent this letter in response to inquiry my emp did on 11/30/2006. we didn't get the original denial letter. There is LUD again on 12/08/2006 again.

It is date on which my employer called USCIS because my file date is outside processing dates.then they gave a service request no., they also informed my employer that he have to wait 45 days before he can contact them again.

I am also waiting since apr 3rd. Today my employer called uscis and thery opened a service request. Does any one know how long these service request will take. they told my employer to wait 45 days form today.

Hi Ram_ram yes you have to wait till Dec 1. and you can call them acting as HR of your company or your attorney has to call them. They won't respond if you say your are the beneficiary.

Hi ram_ram My eb3 I140 was filed on April 3. I called them like 2 weeks back they said they can't do anything unless 30 days have passed, so you are not alone you can either wait and hope it is not stuck some where or change pp which i don't recommend.

Hi gc212 Thanks, I think all idots work in my lawyers office they don't even want to call uscis. The best suggestion they came up with is wait till this month end and apply in PP. I dont know how these guys can sleep every night. Thanks Gopi
