I 140: NSC Consolidated XL Tracker

USCIS(Nebraska) did it again. They sent a letter saying that since we didn't respond to their RFE they are closing my I-140 and asked to apply fresh if we want to pursue with case. Now the thing is we never received RFE in mail or nor the case status in the website changed to say they issued an RFE(website still says case received on April 3rd and is still pending). So my lawyer said he will send them a letter and I am waiting my fingers crossed and see what USCIS(Nebraska) will come up with this time.
 
USCIS doesn't make sense!

If the last LUD you got is Nov. 15 and if it is the date they sent you RFE , they should give you at least 2 months time to respond.

I don't understand how can they close your case in a month after they issue the RFE!

Approval notice sent

I-140 approved yesterday. Still one more line (I-485). I don't know for how long this time!

The letter says case was denied on 11/15/2006 due to abandonment. They sent this letter in response to inquiry my emp did on 11/30/2006. we didn't get the original denial letter. There is LUD again on 12/08/2006 again.
 
What a mess!

So they actually sent your RFE on 07/22/2006! How come your online status never change? How come you never receive email?

If they denied your case on 11/15/2006, how come the case status didn't show online?

I guess the LUD on 12/08/2006 means they sent you the response to inquiry on that date.

Retrogression - When will it be gone.

Hello All

The dates for Eb2(India) in Jan-06 was 01/01/03 and after one year i.e. Jan-07 the Eb2 numbers have moved by 8 days to 01/08/03.

If this is the rate at which the numbers will move I will get GC when i turn 60.

This is ridiculous.

U r thoughts please ?

I will suggest you to get married if you are not and then have kids if you don't have. Let them turn 18 and then they should be able to file a family based GC for you. Believe me you will save a lot of years.
 
My I-140 have been approved on 12/14/2006

:)

Finally my I-140 got approved. It was NSC regular processing and took almost 7 months. No RFE.

I will see you on the I-485 thread.

All,

I took the last tracker (over a month ago) and did cleanup and updated it.

It is now current and it is attached.

However, as some of you may know I am maintaining the I-485 tracker so if someone could volunteer to maintain this tracker that would be great.

A July/August filer would be nice because then you would probably only do it for a couple of months.

Just received 8 notices from CRIS stating they had sent a RFE. My lawyer didn't receive the RFE yet. Hope, on Monday I will know the reason. The good news is they finally are working on my case.

I'll be updating the tracker weekly... as always pls provide your information in this format:
LC PD: (date LC was filed)
State:
Category: (EB2/EB3)
I140 FD: (date 140 mailed)
I140 RD: (date 140 received/notice date - on receipt notice)
Concurrent: yes/no if 485 filed too
LUD's: Dates of any 'last update dates'
RFE's: dates, details if possible - A2P,EVL,tax, pay stubs etc
Receipt#: LIN or SRC first 5 digits
I140 AD - approval date!
notes: upgrade to premium etc.

How worried should one be on a A2P RFE when USCIS asked for company financials and pay stub for the employee, in the light that the company showed losses on the taxes filed?
Has anyone been thru similar situation?
Any responses will be greatly appreciated.
