Nov 02 Few approvals are for Oct'02 too on rupnet (EB1, 2, & 3). VSC processing date for 485 is Feb 15, 2002. How come these cases have been approved so early? My dates are Oct'-2, so waching closely this month. Any reason/logic why someone got so early while most of us can't see the end of...

Its bound to slow as I am here I have not had good luck with INS so far..... H1 Transfer took 5 months Lawyer took 3 months to file for Labor (Completely forgot about my case..unfortunately i did too) Labor took 16 months..when i had applied it used to take 2-4 months for non-RIR cases...

I searched the forum and found few postings on this subjects. There is no firm reply weather this BC is acceptable or not. Couple of persons have quoted that there cases approved with consulate BC. One person got RFE. Others are speculating that it may or may not be acceptable. So my assesment...

I have been informed by one of my friend that Indian Consulate in NY issues a birth certificate based on your passport date of birth. I was wondering if INS accepts this BC for I-485 processing?:confused:

Why labor processing time are not being updated on immirgration.com? I have checked many times but still the last updated date is May 4, 2001 only. Any Comments will be helpful...
