Any Nov/2002 approvals yet?

According to rupnet it seems like they even have a couple of approvals for dec 2002 but nothing for Nov. 2002.

Few approvals are for Oct'02 too on rupnet (EB1, 2, & 3). VSC processing date for 485 is Feb 15, 2002. How come these cases have been approved so early? My dates are Oct'-2, so waching closely this month. Any reason/logic why someone got so early while most of us can't see the end of the tunnel yet.
