    yes 1. yes, you can get married. 2. there will be no impact on your future husband's applicaiton for GC based on his working visa. 3. But your future husband is not qualified to be derived asylee or apply GC based on your status. hope it help.

    How Easy To Obtain Visitor Visa For My Parents?

    my parents were refused twice, without saying specified reason, they were told they were not eligible to get a visa. I would wait until I become citizen, hopefully, that would change a little. Have been here for 9 years, Hope I can hold for another 4 years.

    The question is the embassy from your home county would issue you a visa or not, if so, yes you can go home. USCIS would know your home country issued you a visa, it would raise a flag for sure.
