Attached is the form you can use for requesting cross chargeability.
It is the offficial USCIS form. I cant find the online copy.. you can probably print it and use it from here.

There is a form that you can fill out to request cross chargeability. I got it from the Acting Director of NSC after I wrote to him 3 times :)
I tried to search for it online but could not find it.. I will scan it and send it tomorrow as a .pdf...

I was thinking it would take atleast a year.. but it came through faster.. i guess TSC is processing the concurrent, cross chargeability cases quickly..
All similar cases should come across soon too... close to 5 months from date of filing.

I485 Approved today
Our I-485s ( me and wife) were approved today. We had filed it using concurrent filing on April 27th 2006. The application was filed in Texas.
I am under EB-2 and wife's country of birth is in the middle east.
It took about 5 months to complete. Pleasantly surprised...

Jan 30 and you filed Sep 14 .. is that not over 180 days ?
It seems like the recruitment process was carried more that 180 days prior.. I think there is a rule stating the steps should be done 30 - 180 days prior to filing .. not sure .. maybe that could be the denial reason in 10 mins.. just a...
