guys...if you applied at TSC concurrent I485/I140 after the bi-spec.-March 06 and beyond....you should get FP/I140/AP/EAD all done and approved in a very fast pace....thats what i noticed in most forums. My case:
Cocurrent filing (485/140/AD/EAD) PD 3/31/06.
I140 AD:5/5/06 which is very fast!!!
unfortunately i didnt get my FP notice yet!!!!
lets track applicants with no FP notices yet.

I am also waiting for FP. Pre- approved labor - filed concurrently on march 18th '06 - transferred from CSC to TSC on march 30th.

Is FP required annually?

I-140 approved in 2004, I-485 pending, EAD renewed once, FP done in March 2005, Are we supposed to recieve our FP notice every year till we get I-485 approval?

I don't think so because your finger print will not change every year. It does not make sense to do it annually. Does anyone agree?

im also in the same boat.....I485 was transferred to Texas from NSC. i havent received my FP notice yet.....something is wrong with Texas service center when it comes to sending out FP
