I am planning to enter the U.S on AP? I have the white I-94 in my passport that I got when I entered on F-1 status. I also have the I-94 from my H-1B approval notice. Do I hav eto submit the white or the H-1B I-94 when I leave?

Thanks nj_skm. Yes, its 140. So if they have not initiated namecheck as yet, is it reasonable to believe that I will escape it? Also does lack of LUD since January means anything?

I called the USCIS number and after entering my receipt number talked to someone. All she told me was that my 485 is pending and is 3 months outside processing time. Then she asked my to dial the number again and enter the following sequence 1 2 2 6 2 4. After I dialed the number again...

SO here's the question. For those of us whose PDs are current, how long will it take for TSC to process our cases. I see TSC is working on April 2007 at this time. My 485 was filed in September 2007.

Do they start NC before PDs get current? My PD just got current with May Bulletin. How do I find out if NC was started.

I have a question for the gurus. LC PERM PD: Jan 2006, EB-3, ROW I-140 approved, I-485 filed in Sep 2007 at TSC, Transferred to NSC. EAD/AP approved. LUD: 1/17/08 Now that PD is March 2006, and NSC is processing I-485 for June 2007, is it reasonable to assume they will adjudicate my case soon.

Sarwar, You can check the processing dates for the Service Center where your case is processing to get an idea of how long will it take.
