Not gud for rest of the FY

E. EMPLOYMENT VISA AVAILABILITY

Many of the Employment cut-off dates have continued to advance more rapidly than might ordinarily be expected. This is a result of consultations with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regarding their pending demand, which is currently using approximately 90% of all Employment numbers. USCIS has indicated that they would prefer to review a substantial number of cases at this time to ensure that number use in the various categories can be maximized. Should USCIS projections of the resulting number use prove to be incorrect it may be necessary to adjust the cut-off dates during the final quarter of FY-2008.

It is here now..

Wow....finally, after 6 years. The advancement in April stopped only two weeks before my PD, and now almost a year of progress.

How long do you think before I get "the" emails...?

SO here's the question. For those of us whose PDs are current, how long will it take for TSC to process our cases. I see TSC is working on April 2007 at this time. My 485 was filed in September 2007.

Maybe few hours, maybe few years. People who filed in 2004, 2005, 2006 are still waiting even their PDs are current.

True! coz even if your priority date is current, you should monitor the processing date of the CENTER also. Texas is processing applications with current priority date file before April 30 2007.
