No stamp in the passport, she showed us the confirmation where she ordered it on the USCIS Intranet site, so I have no worries that it will arrive soon. The photos were free because it was USCIS error. Can you believe they actually take responsiblity!!??!!

Interview was yesterday in Bloomington, MN. Very easy took about 15 minutes total. I guess contractors are throwing away sponsor photos in Chicago so I had to retake mine (free of charge). Didn't look at the photos or evidence just put them in the file. She commented on how well I filled out...

The NBC approves the EAD card. USCIS is a lot of hurry up and wait. I received my interview letter a week after having the bio done or about day 65. My DO has been moving fast hopefully under 100 days to Green Card.

Finally the EAD Card Arrives! ND 5/1 LUD 7/17 ---> Note the status message did not change?? 7/24 ----> Card Arrives in the mail The date on the card is 7/17 the message did not change, but who cares I now have the card.

Snowflake, I'm thinking the same thing happend to me then. My ND is 5/1 my LUD was 7/17 without a status change on the website. I am thinking that it was approved, but I have received it yet. Hopefully it will come today or tommorow. Keep us posted!

sorry to hear that snowflake, still nothing her yet even with the LUD a few days ago. At least i have the interview letter so its not as concerning, i'm sure the info pass should clear up a few questions, let us know how it goes.

If there were a faster way, i'm sure 95% of us would have taken it. Sorry, you submit the application and just wait. Check the USCIS website for NBC processing times. I believe they are towards the end of april now.

No RFE status update hasn't changed to say approved yet....

I had an LUD on my EAD today 7/17 my ND is 5/1 I hope this means something happens very soon. Did anyone elses LUD move before approval?

Yeah I'm sitting on a 5/1 ND with no RFEs and I still have not gotten my EAD card yet. The processing dates show 4/24. I know a few here I have gotten them, but I imagine that if I haven't gotten mine yet it will be into August before they get to the end of May for processing.

I had a ND of 5/1 and my interview is 8/9 so pretty comparable times. now i just need my EAD

Thanks ITGUY! , this may be a helpful thread to start for people to compare how processing dates are moving month to month, I see that EADs only moved 10 days last month grrr....one week away.

Where did you send your package? What did you use to track your package? Was it delivered? Are you a USC and have you tried calling the National Customer Service Line? Visa overstay is forgiven when married to a USC.

I sure hope so, that is a huge jump for where it was last week! Running_Swede we have the same ND and my LUD was 6/20 for the 485/765..seems like our cases are running in step. I have not received any type of RFE, hopefully this far along I won't :)
