if u did vaccinations in US and dont have all the records, I assume one will need to repeat the vaccinations/test for which they cannot support with evidence. My question is is there any health hazard in doing so? For example, if u took MMR vaccine in 2003 and do it again now (almost 2005!)...

Hi aKalingan, Thank you for your response. The problem is the lawyers do not know the right answer. I have two separate cases going on for my GC and therefore have two lawyers. One lawyer didnt even think of getting a J1 waiver and the other said have a copy of your IAP-66 and J-1 visa...

fast_gc_seeker, just send her 485 application and dont mention anything about medicals. USCIS should generate a RFE for the medicals when they get to her case. u can provide the information at that time and respond to the RFE. good luck
