If you already did medicals in US...

For the CP interview, not everything you did in the US is a waste. This has been asked many times, so I'm summarizing my understanding. If this is not accurate, please feel free to point out.

1. Vaccines - Keep the records. They're good.
2. Bloodwork - Not portable. Will have to do again before CP interview.
3. TB Skin test - If it was a positive PPD, it should NOT be done again! It'll be very positive and much bigger 2nd time.
4. TB Chest XRay - Keep it. It's good. Avoid the rads.
5. Genital health review - Will have to do again. Some doctor's here in US skip it, some do it. I don't know if they do it abroad.

That should be fine.

Depending on the hospital/consulate U go, it might not be an issue at all.

if u did vaccinations in US and dont have all the records, I assume one will need to repeat the vaccinations/test for which they cannot support with evidence.

My question is is there any health hazard in doing so? For example, if u took MMR vaccine in 2003 and do it again now (almost 2005!), is it harmful?

you can ask them to do Titers ( I do not know the exact medical term) to avoid MMR again. These are expensive. Go to your primary care doctor and if possible charge to your insurance.

This medical exam is nothing but a day light robbery. Plan properly, get your vaccinations PPd skin test etc from your primary care physicain or look for other cheaper alternatives. Good luck

I would not recommend getting vaccinations out here.

It's not that expensive out in India.
