I had sent an email to FBINNCP@ic.fbi.gov for both mine and my spouse's case. I only have received an email for my case. No information about my spouse's acse yet and its still pending approval. wonder if they got mismatched by mistake? spouse did FP on 3/11/05.

I dont know who this is relevant for but I just got an email from FBI that my name check is complete and the results were forwarded to USCIS on 3/25/05. They responded to my email I had sent out in 11/04. My GC was approved on 1/20/05 and already have the plastic card in hand.

1) did you have to take any advance permission to take your USC child with you (assuming he had no application pending at the consulate)? or just show up with the child at the consualte and they let you in?
2) what baby items were you...
does he know if he has a SSN or ITIN? alternatively, call SSA or IRS and find out how to get it out of their system...i am pretty sure he must have one.

I had called TSC today and was inquiring about my wife's 485 case. She has not been issued her FP notice yet and my 485 was approved on 1/20/05. The lady on the phone at TSC informed me that the officer has requested a FP notice for my wife's case on 1/14/05 but there are no...
your son at 5 yrs of age does not require a FP and therefore no FP notice. when is your FP date? i would suggest just show up at the local USCIS center on the scheduled date and get it done and you may want to point out that the ND is incorrect.

while your brother was in US from 6 months to 9 years, his parents may have filed him on their taxes claiming him as a dependent. if so, they either got a ssn for him or an ITIN (as per the rules today, i do not know the rule 30 or 21 years ago)...try and find his itin or ssn and whatever proof...
