got FP notice with confusing dates pls respond

Hi Guys,
I got FP notice for me and my wife. But for my Son (5 yrs) I did not received any notice.
One more intresting thing,
In the FP notice,
Notice Date is Jan 1, 2000
PD: Dec 2004
Received Date: Dec 2004
Is there something screwed up and I need to talk to the attorney. Or
just go and do the FP. pls respond

your son at 5 yrs of age does not require a FP and therefore no FP notice. when is your FP date? i would suggest just show up at the local USCIS center on the scheduled date and get it done and you may want to point out that the ND is incorrect.
