p4- how long it takes to get to US address?

Hi,

my p4 was mailed on 02/08/2005 according to the consulate to a US address. can anybody guesstimate how long it takes to arrive? is it sent by regular air mail or some kind of special carrier?

It is a regular mail and it takes anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks. Usually you get it 1 month before your interview date.

does it go to the lawyer or the applicant or both.

if you did file DS-2032 and indicated a lawyer to represent you then it should go to both you and the lawyer.
