Yes thats correct -- U can narrow Ur self to few applications... U have 485 receipt right... Now since U are concurrent .. Ur 140 might be close to Ur 485 LIN. I-140 number will be less that 485 number.. So run the scanner in small steps ... from UR 485 LIN.. Most probably the closest one...

Change of address. You should submit the AR-11 within 10 days of the move.. If U have not done that then U should do it as soon as possible. Plus U should call the USCIS and change the address there ... they will send U a confirmation of the change of address. Possibly this might delay...
