485 & NSC

Atleast for now NSC is way ahead in number of approvals of 485.. Hope they will keep the pace steady.

Are they warming up to capture most of the visa numbers that will be availiable soon.

But what if the NSC adjucators will get tired soon ...... and go slow when the visa numbers are released.

Any idea how many EB3 's are waiting for OCT... just a rough estimate.

I believe the Information given on immigrationwatch.com is incorrect.

According to that site my I140 is still pending with NSC and it is going to get approved some time in Novermber 2006 though it was approved four months back.
