My I-485 was filed in Oct 2002. I just got my 4th EAD. I don't see any (Te) marked below my name. However, my LUD has not changed after my 2nd FP Code 1 about 6 weeks ago.
What number did you call to talk to the Customer Service?
It depends on where the cut is on the finger. If its on the top edge of the finger you might be okay. When you go for your FP, they will tell you if you can get FP'd with a cut or not.
I had my 2nd Code I FP a month ago and my LUD has not changed either. I had called FBI to check on the status of my FPs and was told that results for all BCIS cases were sent in the same day. When I call the service center 1-800 number to find the status of my case, it tells me that it cannot...
I got this off from one of the forums
I found their phone number somewhere in this forum and called this mornong. A very kind lady replied and I could find out about the FP status. The phone number is 1 304 625 2000. The operator will answer and transfer you to the automatic line where you will...
I had my FP done two weeks ago and my LUD has not changed either. I called FBI and the lady told me that INS related FPs are processed the same day and the results are sent in teh same day. I haven't had a chance to call BCIS yet.
You cannot efile I-485. What I meant is that you can only make a biometric or FP appt if you have efiled your application. Just hang in there. I am sure you will get an appt letter soon.
I did my second 10 FPs yesterday and I had match warning on a few FPs. When I asked, the technician said it matches the flagged FPs. I didn't go into too much details with the technician. I cant remember if had any match warnings the first time around. My I-485 LUD has not yet changed and I am...
I was just refuting what you said earlier that the 1st and 2nd EADs get approved faster than the latter ones. I never tell anyone when to file EAD. Everyone in this forum is mature enough to figure out that for themselves.
Ghebauer,
I am with NSC and. don't know much about application processing at VSC, my 3rd EAD was approved in about 3 weeks and my current EAD renewal was also approved in 3 weeks. My first two EADs took over 2 months.
You don't need an infopass appt to schedule your biometrics. ASC is Appplication Support Center. You call the service center 1-800 number on your efile EAD confirmation receipt and sechedule an appt.
greatgc,
At the end of the efile process, you will get a pdf copy of the EAD with a barcode, that's the confirmation notice. It will say confirmation notice on the top. You are supposed to take this form when you go for your biometrics.
Cheeko,
Maybe, you didn't read "Change's" message. He has explicitly mentioned that he's on the same job. Also, it was funny to read that you totally assumed that a) change was a guy and b) that his employer was a married man.
