Code 3 Biometrics

Hello All,
I received a code 3 biometrics notice for me and my husband, never received any code 1 or 2, is it a good sign ? I saw many people receiving code 1 and 2.
anybody can clarify the difference between the codes ?

Code 3 is all 10 FP and pic.
I will let some else confirm
 
Exactly, electronic fingerprints, signature, and pic. Just had a code 3 done in Newark NJ, took 25 min total, including the wait in line.
 
Well, maybe not. Last I got FP was about 6 or 7 years ago locally for my Firearms permit. Wash those fingers!! lol

Oh, it's all so new, so confusing ~ Can't it just be done with ? lol
