Hi.
I re-scheduled my FP notice once as I was outside USA. My second FP appointment is tomorrow . Appointment is at CA sfo ASC. My application is being processes in Texas service center.

I cut my left hand middle finger while cutting vegetables today afternoon. Since, appointment is tomorrow I do not have any time to send a request for re-schedule.
1Q) As my index finger is ok, can I complete my finger printing tomorrow. My code is 3?

2Q) will they re-schedule or deny(I doubt they will do this though) the application?

3Q) if they re-schedule how long do I need to wait for next FP notice?

Appreciate your response
Thx

Hi I have a cut in one of my fingers too! and I have a biometrics app tomorrow.. what happened in your case did you get through or were you sent back? pls advice

IMO, a fp with finger-cut can have two consequences:

1. Fingers can get infected;
2. FP can be inreadable.

My wife had a cut and asc checked it said it was OK, as long as it was not fresh, according to teh officer. Hers was not serious and was 3 days old.

It depends on where the cut is on the finger. If its on the top edge of the finger you might be okay. When you go for your FP, they will tell you if you can get FP'd with a cut or not.
