I sent an email on Oct 8 and got a reply yesterday. According to them Namecheck was completed in Jan 2003...I wonder what VSC is doing with that ?
She did mention that if there are no responses to any kind on your case after 3 inquiries, at that point they will let you talk to an officer. The caveat is that we don't know what the officer will tell us. An inquiry in her definition is an electronic request sent to the service center...
Thanks !
Thanks to you I can read and follow instructions :D Well...got through to the rep.
Plus points for faster responses

Already Approved Labor/I-140 through supposed Sham Offices - Are they affected ?
Hi Rajiv,
What happens to cases that already have approved labor/I-140s through the supposed sham/satellite offices ? How are those cases affected ? Your Memo does not specifically call out for those cases...
Can we ask USCIS to uphold atleast President Bush's claim that all cases will take only 6 months to adjudicate on a case as one of the relief measures ? If we add 6 months from 10/8 (expected day for case adjudication) that should still take care of a lot of cases that have been pending for a...

What do you mean by "USCIS is avoiding RFIs and interviews" ? Do you mean they are avoiding it by transferring them to local offices or avoiding them by approving cases ?
As far as approching elections, I do not see any connection between employment based GCs and ability to vote. But...
