    Extension denied

Unfortunately, you are correct. Here is the relevant portion of Section 222 of the Immigration and Nationality Act: (g)2/(1) In the case of an alien who has been admitted on the basis of a nonimmigrant visa and remained in the United States beyond the period of stay authorized by the...

    Interview was a breeeezz

That's too bad. One can vote in an election in California as long as he/she has registered to vote at least 15 days before the day of the election. The deadline for the upcoming election was October 18th. However, newly naturalized citizens have a different deadline that may vary from county to...

    Interview was a breeeezz

You cannot register to vote before you are officially a citizen. However, a number of counties have what is referred to as an early voting option; you show up at the Registrar of Voters Office, ask for a ballot, make the appropriate selections, and submit it right away. If you are not registered...

Applying for citizenship and 12 years old Indian citizen son

This is a sufficient but not a necessary document, i.e., the DOS does not require the beneficiary of the Child Citizenship Act Of 2000 to have a certificate of citizenship (issued when an N-600 application is approved) to apply for a passport. Refer to the following link to determine what...

    Help! Citizenship for my kids?

I would recommend applying for passports for both of your daughters (assuming that you can obtain all the supporting documents). You don't have to wait for the N-600 applications to be approved. The DOS processes passport applications much faster than the USCIS processes N-600 applications.

Status of children born to US citizen outside us where spouse is not us citizen?

It is my understanding that these can be any five years that the citizen parent has spent in the US. The consulate ought to be able to clarify this issue.
