This is for people who applied for Desh visa for their children. My kid will be three years old in December. Does she send a separate application for deshi visa? If so who would sign the visa application?

what else can we expect from you.. . The application clearly states that parent can sign for a minor. Now don't ask, if a 3 year old is a minor...
