Good news RD 5/16/2003 Approved 9/15/2003 I noticed today that the online status thing had the "This receipt number cannot be found" message. Called the phone status check, and it said my case was approved and a notice mailed. Woo hoo, one more step to go! (Too bad its the longest one)...

reality check guys Someone posting a couple sentences here is far from "concrete evidence". 15 min per case is also unrealistic. It takes longer than that to make an RFE determination, and lately tehy been doing a lot of those.

I agree the UI at rupnet could use some work. I think most of the screwups are because of that. your 10% is wrong, rupnet is a far smaller sample. Just think BCIS says there are well over 1 million I485's outstanding, 10% would be 100,000 I highly doubt there are even 5,000 entries on...

From what I observed, saturdays count as computer working days. In fact, it seems that days that they can cash cheques are the official BCIS computer working days.
