I contacted this site several times and made them to clarify I-140 approvals. Since then he has started adding EB based and non-EB based categories on I-140 cases. Also he promised to make
I-485 more descriptive which he has not done. Poor guy (he says he is a single IT guy working) in that law firm puts whatever he is fed by the stupid paralegals.

Can anyone politely ask him to go and find out more about I-485 approvals? Like descriptions for I-485s are "EB regular" "dependent", "asylee", "religious workers" or any other special category.

Please someone try this.

I know that,

the person who handles web updates is a guy. that email is received by someone and directed to him. the lady doesn't get emails.
 
What is EB and non-EB category for an I-140 application??

I thought I-140 is petition for an immigrant worker and thus
can be EB only.
