Go to court documents department, and ask for the court documents regarding DUI. It will be a document which stated why arrested, court dates and the final decision, i.e Diversion completed. Hope he does not get stuck in name check, that's the mess I am in. I had a DUI but was no biggie...

I think you can file your wife's I-485 based on your provided ypour PD is currrent. Keep renewing H1 and be on H1, but also keep renewing EAD/AP, but do not use it unless desperately needed.

who the hell cares :-) I wear galsses, but submitted photos without glasses becuase of glare. If u can take photos with galsses without galre submit those, otherwise submit without glasses.

You have to be in US when you file AP, does not matter where you are when it is approved. (Ofcourse from my lawyer)
