Hi Friends,

I Just wanted to know ur opinion on the following issue I have,

My EAD/AP/I-140 are approved, I Went to India on 7th yr h1 , got married and brought my wife on H4, Now i dont have a project and my company didnt file my wife's I-485, So can i file my wife's I-485 myself without a lawyer ? My H1 is expiring in April. Is it better to file for 8th yr extension And Also I Didnt use my EAD.Im confused? Any Suggestions Please!!!!

I think you can file your wife's I-485 based on your provided ypour PD is currrent.

Keep renewing H1 and be on H1, but also keep renewing EAD/AP, but do not use it unless desperately needed.

I 485 Current dates

Hi My PD is Mar 10th 2003 from MI.
Labor Certified: Nov 10th 2005
I-140 Certified: Nov 28th 2005
Category: EB3

Now waiting for I-485 dates to become available to file my I-485.
I think my application will fall under NEBRASKA.

What are the current processing dates for I-485 in EB3 Category?
Where can I find these details?
Can anybody tell me how long I have to wait to file my I-485 (Approximately)?
